What counts as a tracked engineer for an organization?
A tracked engineer is someone whose engineering activity is included in SubtleZen, such as tasks, code activity, time logs, and related project data.
Do managers and viewers count toward the plan limit?
No. Managers, administrators, and other stakeholders who need access to SubtleZen do not count toward your tracked engineer limit.
What happens when an organization needs to track more than 10 engineers?
Organizations that grow beyond the Core plan can move to a larger plan based on the size and complexity of their engineering operation.
Is a free trial available for organizations evaluating SubtleZen?
Yes. New organizations receive a 14-day free trial to evaluate SubtleZen before subscribing.
What happens when an organization's trial ends?
If a subscription is not activated after the trial, the organization will move into restricted access until a paid plan is selected.
Can an organization cancel its subscription at any time?
Yes. SubtleZen is billed monthly and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
